2009 Elizabeth T calls Dr Andrew Fagelman Staff Bi Polar 2012 pile up of crimes from MD's office to NYPD First Precinct

Dr Fagelman First Yelp Review Staff Bi-Polar 2009, 2012 Pile up of crimes from MD's to First Precinct to One Police Plaza fixing, favors, corruption, pile up of crimes at the US Attorney's doorstep in Manhattan but Preet Bharara was too busy prosecuting NYPD fixing and favors in Brooklyn with the Hasidic community tied to the settlements in the Middle  East!    The US Attorney sure did the corrupt detectives a favor just like Cy Vance looking the other direction.

My YouTube series about NYPD Joe Sanchez is already being made in to a documentary by film makers and more to come but mayor de Blasio and Zachary Carter as well as the 3rd police commissioner keep thinking that they can make this all go away but it is not going away.

Dr Andrew Fagelman's First Yelp review from 2009 was removed but I have a link to review by Elizabeth T.

Dr Andrew Fagelman got quite a favor for corrupt NYPD detectives and their supervisors willing to break laws but he can't stop the bad yelp reviews!

NYPD PO Magori or Migori you tell me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=syrc3ncHFTIhear her lie to me and violate my constitutional rights with NYPD Sgt Chen backing her up and preventing me from reporting Delita Hooks False Cross complaint. Sgt Chen also refuses to come down and face me a violation of protocol.   Is that her breaking laws just sitting at the front desk party to preventing me from reporting a crime, interfering with an investigation along with  Sgt Chen  she must be a Sgt already?

First Yelp review 2009 describes Dr Andrew Fagelman's staff as bi polar but who knew they would commit a series of crimes and get corrupt NYPD at the First Precinct to join in the crimes committing even more crimes.

Dr Fagelman sure has a convenient location
close to the First Precinct, IAB, and the First Precinct -- I believe he lives near Ray Kelly.

By do I have questions for the NYPD about Dr Andrew Fagelman.....

Dr Andrew Fagelman First Review Staff Bi Polar now Removed?

5/4/2009 First to Review
Dr. Fagelman is a great guy!  I would give him a full 5 stars!  He will always take time to make sure he catches up with you and reviews all previous health concerns.  He will revise your medications if things aren't working and will recommend alternatives that he may like better.  He does a lot of tests in house which makes you feel like you have been thoroughly examined.

However, his staff can be hit or miss.  There have been times when everything goes smoothly and I get my prescriptions called in on time, there are other times when I have to call them repeatedly day after day for it to get done.  Sometimes I can get a same-day appointment with him before he even opens for office hours, other times I will stop in and get yelled at by his staff to call before I come.  Once I was even berated over the phone for calling to get a referral faxed to my allergist.

I hate that I can't give him a full-on 5 star approval, but the office is just so bipolar.  I have told him about it too and things seemed to get  better for awhile, but then it regressed.  If he wasn't so great and if the location wasn't so convenient, I would have switched doctors.

Dr Fagelman Pretentious New Bad Review by Vanessa

Dr Andrew Fagelman is a monter who did not fire his violent lying attack receptionist/
office manager -- note no one wears any ID so who knew the receptionist is also the
office manager but she is RUDE, nasty unless you are rich and or connected ...?

NYPD can't do enough fixing and favors threatening Dr Andrew Fagelman and Delita Hooks
victim and NYU Langone is mentioned in the new review --- interesting maybe NYU
Linguine doesn't care about patient rights?

http://suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com/2017/03/nypd-cant-threaten-break-laws-for-dr.html

Delita Hooks repeatedly violated my patient rights and than my body and she stole a note
I wrote Dr Vine about the styrofoam cups -- Dr Vine never got it because Delita Hooks
decided she could violate my patient rights and take my note I wrote my MD and gave to
the receptionist who took my co pay.

Lying to the NYPD during an open investigation is a crime even if corrupt NYPD detective and corrupt supervisors are in on the lies and committing crimes as well...  blaming the victim is not cool but conspiring to threaten the victim and participating in threatening the victim having knowledge of it is a crime I believe.

Dr Fagelman and Delita Hooks conspired with NYPD detectives  willing to break the law to have me threatened and have the detective force me to drop the charges against my will -- the NYPD lied in police reports -- google NYPD Det Vergona lied in his DD5 and Google Delita Hooks false cross complaint.  I am suing.... stay tuned.

When Delita Hooks and her evil corrupt MD boss who refused Dr Vine's immediate demand to fire Delita Hooks learned I went to the NYPD they decided to send Delita Hooks in and for her to file a false cross complaint -- it is way worse than what I am writing right now but thrilled to see Vanessa's review.

http://suzannahbtroy.blogspot.com/2017/03/dr-andrew-fagelman-pretentious-new-bad.html Dr Fagelman got yet another bad Yelp review but he can't get the NYPD to threaten the newest victims of an MD that does not understand patient rights let alone the law about conspiring to have corrupt NYPD detectives threaten me with his violent lying attack receptionist/office manager's false cross complaint -- another crime as is lying to the police during an open investigation also a crime as is the signed letter to Delita Hooks NYPD fixer also a crime which the corrupt NYPD detectives rushed to seal her crimes with their crimes! The pile up corruptions and strings pulled is sickening so thrilled Yelp has not gotten all these recent new bad reviews to vanish...like the NYPD made 2nd degree assault, menacing, a false cross complaint, lying to the NYPD during an open investigation threatening the victim etc all VANISH along with the NYPD lying in police reports with their supervisors participating all crimes, as in threatening the victim with false arrest unless I dropped the charges and Det John Verogna than would only arrest me Saturday Oct 20, 2012 at 4pm and who knows what else he and corrupt co-workers dirty corrupt cops at the First Precinct would have fabricated as I have audio of NYPD PO Migori or Magori at the front desk lying to me and Sgt chen refusing to come down and face me as he backs up her lies and turns me away the audio is posted on YouTube and that violation of my rights was Nov 20, 2012 although I posted on YouTube much later along with Delita Hooks false cross complaint filed 2 days after me.

The worst doctor I have ever seen. He sees you the first time, then you will only see the nurse. He is pretentious, he doesn't care. The only thing that is good about him is the list of specialists doctors for referrals (they almost all come from NYU Langone). There is always a lot of wait. Today I have so much fever and a lot of pains and he can't see me, they wanted to send me in the emergency in Brooklyn, far from my home!
I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Also, the office decorated with tasteless design but still pretend to be cool express exactly the very low quality of the experience. A no go!!!!

Today this office put me on hold forever, then when I called back, they said their system was down and that they didn't have anything until next week anyway. Useless - changing doctors NOW. I've never even seen this phantom Dr. Fagelman in person anyway - even at my first appointment! His many nurse practitoners should be pictured here on Yelp rather than his own elusive face.

Incredibly rude staff and very little care for the privacy of the patient.
When you go to a doctor office you want to talk to a doctor, your doctor. You don't want to explain your symptoms and issues to 4 different persons including the receptionists!
Not to mention the place looks more like a hair salon than a doctor office.
I have no complaints about dr. Fagelman, but I'm forced to change doctor for how uneasy I feel every time I visit.

I was recommended to Dr. Fagelman when my primary doctor was no longer taking primary patients.  I went once for an annual physical.  Since then, I have had multiple issues with billing because his staff is not submitting the correct coding to the insurance company or the laboratory.  I have called and called and told it will be corrected and it isn't, the billing assistant isn't in, and am unable to speak with the doctor because they won't put the call through to him.  I will find another primary and hopefully get this billing nonsense corrected.  It's only been 8 months since my visit and still dealing with bills for a 100% covered annual physical!!!!!!!

    Their billing terms hurt patients.
The care I received here was fine.
Helpful to be certain. All attention and care was provided by a nurse practitioner, not a doctor. Which is again, fine. But the billing is outrageous. Sure, you will likely consent to paying a late cancellation fee or a missed appointment fee but when you get hit with that bill, it hurts. You will be billed your regular co-pay along with a seemingly arbitrary punishing fee of at least $130.00 on top of that. Wham! We're you late for urgent personal reasons? Wham! "We're sorry." As a student of medical ethics I can recognize predatory terms of compliance. These billing terms hurt patients.

Terrible experience!!!!! I completely agree with one of the reviews below. They are just about to make money, this is absolutely not about health. I wasn't seen by the doctor (must be something very usual in this office). But I wanted to give a chance to the nurse practitioner, who ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests for a regular cold/flu.

I just been charged $182 in my bank account directly, three weeks later of the visit. I didn't even receive a bill from the insurance/office doctor in order to review it and make the payment accordingly. They just charged it directly. Now I understand why all the tests, they run to do all of them and I was done in 5 minutes. This is the first time I got such a terrible experience from a HEALTH DIVISON.

At least, they should provide with more information about all the tests, but of course they just wanted to make money.
