I am suing Dr Andrew Fagelman and when I am done with the lawsuit I will another more to share but for now fyi he has never once asked if I am okay and he defends his violent lying attack receptionist office manager Delita HOOKS repeatedly violating my patient rights as if he does not understand PATIENT RIGHTS APPLY TO ALL PATIENTS INCLUDING PATIENTS WHO SEE MD'S THAT SHARE THE OFFICE SPACE AND DELITA HOOKS REPEATEDLY VIOLATED MY BODY MAKING A HOLE IN MY RETINA, HURTING MY ARTHRITIC NECK AND SHE TOUCHED MY VAGINAL AREA WITH HER BAREFOOT.   Their billing terms hurt patients.
  The care I received here was fine.
  Helpful to be certain. All attention and care was provided by a nurse practitioner, not a doctor. Which is again, fine. But the billing is outrageous. Sure, you will likely consent to paying a late cancellation fee or a missed appointment fee but when you get hit with that bill, it hurts. You will be billed your regular co-pay along with a seemingly arbitrary punishing fee of at least $130.00 on top of that. Wham! We're you late for urgent personal reasons? Wham! "We're sorry." As a student of medical ethics I can recognize predatory terms of compliance. These billing terms hurt patients.

  Terrible experience!!!!! I completely agree with one of the reviews below. They are just about to make money, this is absolutely not about health. I wasn't seen by the doctor (must be something very usual in this office). But I wanted to give a chance to the nurse practitioner, who ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests for a regular cold/flu.
  
  I just been charged $182 in my bank account directly, three weeks later of the visit. I didn't even receive a bill from the insurance/office doctor in order to review it and make the payment accordingly. They just charged it directly. Now I understand why all the tests, they run to do all of them and I was done in 5 minutes. This is the first time I got such a terrible experience from a HEALTH DIVISON.
  
  At least, they should provide with more information about all the tests, but of course they just wanted to make money.

Terrible. The doctor and dentist appointments are both horribly overbooked. The front desk staff is unfriendly.

There was a registration computer in the lobby which was totally insecure. While filling out my information it was auto completing all the previous patients names and social security numbers!

The doctor spent all of 1 minute with me and was clearly in a rush to leave.
I later accidentally scheduled a dentist appointment with the same group. The dentist was trying to juggle 4 procedures at once. I had to sit in the chair and listen to her crappy dance music while waiting to finish her other appointments.

#NYPD Inspector General Says Call Internal Affairs Check my Case

NYPD Inspector General Phillip Eure had Chief Investigator Tom Mahoney write me and give me Internal Affair's telephone number with my IGNYPD Case number to call for status check!  So you hear me after I leave a voice mail since no one is picked up at Internal Affairs -- Chief Reznick was exposed in a lawsuit calling whisle blower NYPD cop a RAT so Bratton running dirty corrupt expensive IAB dept like Kelly Campisi?  My opinion YES!  I am calling for special prosectors in my case, Eric Garner's Adrain Schoolcraft and how many others, I want my attacker arrested for assault 2nd degree, a false cross complaint and a written threatening as well as NYPD for COERCION and action taking against IAB members and the DA investigation including for refusing to take action against the NYPD.  

Looks like the NYPD IG job is pass the corruption buck and head my CCRB testimony stating I wanted my case taken back.  If CCRB had  NYPD come in the NYPD have to testify under oath but if IAB has it IAB can fix it and let dirty cops retire.  This was retaliation against me by the DA, NYPD and IAB for me being an activist.  IAB doesn't even want to hear from me so how IRONIC I have a letter with NYPD IG urging me to follow up call IAB since the gave them my case -- mine is one of the top 12 already forwarded from IG NYPD new expensive offices situated in downtown Wall St. near Deutsche Bank.

IG NYPD suggests getting an attorney if you want to pursue the matter beyond IAB so is that admission that they know IAB will try yet again to fix my case for all involved?

The Civilian Complaint Review Board CCRB, The Commission to Combat Police Corruption and now the NYPD Inspector General have all forwarded my case to Internal Affairs Bureau IAB I allege to fix my case and like the Staten Island DA I allege fixed Eric Garner case, Queens DA fixed it for NYPD chief Marino and Capt M. and Cy Vance for corrupt Cops and IAB as well as Dr Fagelman's violent lying employee Delita Hooks my case in my opinion but there are enough facts even without a subponea.

Dr Andrew Fagelman appears to be allowing his violent lying receptionist to continue to violate my patient rights discussing me with other patients and lying about me blaming me when anyone with a brain, common decency, an understanding of right and wrong as well as the list of patient rights knows Delita Hooks and her employer are wrong.  At this point what they have done is EVIL.

There is now a review praising Dr Fagelman lying stating I doctored the YouTube of the running punch to my head which was to damage my vision and that is was my fault that I provoked Delita Hooks to violate my patient rights and than repeatedly assault me when she could have closed the door.  I call this evil.

This liar Ollie C. posted this 4 hours after I finally got my Yelp review up after it was falsely flagged and it appears Dr Fagelman and gang got my yelp account closed so my lawyer wrote Yelp and I wrote the CEO so now 12 hours after my updated review is up it has been moved to the non recommended and there are more positive reviews protecting this evil creep Dr Andrew Fagelman and his violent lying receptionist office manager who reminds me of Brittany Norwood but Delita Hooks didn't succeed in murdering me but she continues to lie to anyone stupid or amoral enough to listen to her and it all goes back to Dr Andrew Fagelman who took a Hippocratic Oath and continues to violate his oath, my patient rights and me along with his violent liar Delita Hooks.

I paid $15 to obtain Delita false report to the NYPD and I was told my internal affairs she signed a letter to her NYPD fixers who visited Dr Fagelman's office but refused to meet with me.  Read her lies at the bottom of the page of the form below I filled out and received from 1 Police Plaza!  She admits understanding I was a patient and she had a heated argument .  Why would Dr F have someone at the front desk who has heated arguments with anybody?

Dr Fagelman Delita Hooks Continuing to Violate Me Falsely Removing my Yelp Review? Yelp Returns My Review Today

This review was removed yet again so my lawyer wrote Yelp and today Oct 24 the review has been returned but not my original acct. I allege on going harassment the goal to silence me the victim since my patient rights and my body were REPEATEDLY violated!  You can read yelp reviews like Harold's blaming me as if I could say anything to make a medical receptionist office mgr come out from behind a long closed off  desk to violate my patient rights and than my body; not fired or arrested.  I had just had a cyst removed on my elbow 2 injections to numb my arm and I was holding two bags one  heavy and my iPhone. If she didn't want to be filmed than close the door but instead she threatened me with bodily harm, hit  me with her phone  twice, she pursued me out in to the hallway throwing her shoes landing a running punch to my eye. (See YouTube) after a running punch to my eye she tried to drag me down the hall by my hair to throw me in the elevator.  She provoked me to get help as soon as she violated my patient rights from behind the desk but Dr Vine was already in with another patient.  Dr Fagelman's receptionist Dee got between me and the door and gave me the finger and that's when I decided to document this unprofessional provoking behavior.

Because this is so shocking and I am the victim of lies  there are links and Yelp guidelines do allow for extentuating circumstances such a this.

I hope to sue Dr Fagelman next year including damage to my eyes, my neck, arm, insomnia, PTS weight gain, also the removal of my yelp view and the closing of my account as well as other actions I allege aggravated harassment & more.  I am still trying to get her arrested for the false cross complaint: I have 3 more years to do so.  A lot may happen than to clear out the who and whats that have preventing me Justice.  If I move forward with the lawsuit which is my goal I will have Dr F questioned about the removal of the yelp review and this one if it is falsely flagged.  When I told her don't touch me she ended up touching me her barefoot pressed against my groin area, ripped out my hair and a running punch to my eye.  Dr Vine demanded she be fired immediately but Dr F let Delite return to her desk and refused to fire her.

Dr F's  receptionist office mgr after repeatedly violating my patient rights, damaged my eye making a hole in my retina and than grabbing my hair she jerked my head back so violently she made floaters in both my eyes.  The key on her wrist left wounds on my left arm.  She was not fired or arrested.  Patients came to YouTube to harass me blame me when in fact I am the victim harassing me as well as guess how falsely flagging this yelp review for telling the truth!
At the same time my Yelp acct was closed I allege Dr F, my attacker or I allege someone associated with them got the YouTube age restricted w/ the goal to limit viewing & change how the video is seen in searches but Google sided with me and agreed not to censor me.   YouTubes and yelp review were also removed but Google returned vids agreeing I was the victim of harassment not the harasser.

I was Dr Vine's patient and Delita,  Dr Fagelman's receptionist repeatedly violated my patient rights even coming out from behind the desk to menace me.  I had a private investigator speak to Dr F and he stated I wasn't his patient. Does that make it ok for his receptionist to violate my patient rights and body?  No!

Dr Vine moved out 2 weeks after I was savagely attacked.
